Hindustan Coca-Cola, Kaushalya University to train 5,000 graduates, dropouts in sales, marketing

HCCB has announced development initiatives in 11 villages of these two districts in Gujarat. The training will be given to graduates, college dropouts.
NEW DELHI: Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCB) has announced collaboration with Kaushalya University to skill 5,000 individuals through a sales and marketing training programme in Gujarat. The training will be provided across various villages in Ahmedabad and Kheda districts. Moreover, the HCCB has announced development initiatives in 11 villages of these two districts.
The training will be given to graduates, students pursuing degrees, and college dropouts aged 18 and above. The 3-month programme will consist of 30-hour curriculum and will provide structured over three months, the programme will consist of a comprehensive 30-hour curriculum and 6 hours of direct face-to-face interactions, and 24 hours of engaging online sessions.
Participants will get an opportunity to interact with industry experts, connect with local industries and entrepreneurial opportunities at zero cost. The university will introduce students to HCCB and its programs, and ensure the availability of infrastructure like computer labs and classrooms.
Balvantsinh Rajput, Cabinet minister of industries, rural development, labour and employment in the Government of Gujarat; Anju Sharma, director general, Kaushalya The Skill University and IAS, additional chief secretary, Government of Gujarat; PK Mistry, Kaushalya University; HR Suthar, Kaushalya University and Shiv Kant Shukla, professor and head, school of services, Kaushalya University were present during the announcement.
