NEW DELHI: The Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education will close the application correction window for the Himachal Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (HP TET) 2024 November session tomorrow, October 24. Successfully registered candidates can make changes in their HP TET 2024 application form through the official website, hpbose.org.
Candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as application number and date of birth to make changes in the HP TET 2024 application form. The HP TET November application correction window 2024 opened on October 22.
“No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Please note that no request for any change in particular will be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for online correction is over,” the official notice read.
As per the official notice, candidates are allowed to make online corrections to the details given below-
Personal Information: Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender
Contact Details: Address, Email ID, Phone Number
Educational Qualifications: Marks Obtained, Year of Passing, Board/University Name
Category Information: Category (General, SC, ST, OBC, etc), Special Category (PwD, Ex-serviceman, etc.)
Other Details: Exam Center Choice, Subject Applied For (TGT, JBT, etc.)

For corrections to category or subcategory details, candidates must visit the Board office in person. They need to submit an application along with a valid category certificate and any applicable fee. The deadline for these submissions is October 31, 2024.
The HP TET 2024 November session exam is scheduled to be held on November 15, 17, 24, and 26. The exam will have two papers. Paper 1 assesses the general and research aptitude of candidates, while Paper 2 will be conducted based on the subject chosen by the candidates.
To qualify for the HP TET 2024 exam, candidates must score at least 60%. This means they need to secure a minimum of 90 marks out of 150 to be considered eligible. There is no relaxation in the qualifying marks for reserved categories; all candidates need to meet the 60% criteria.
