HPBOSE SOS September 2025 Class 8, 10, 12 results declared; Class 12 pass percentage at 64.75%

HPBOSE SOS Result 2025: Students can apply for re-evaluation or re-checking online via their HPSOS study centres by January 7, 2026.
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the Himachal Pradesh State Open School (HPSOS) result 2025 for Class 8, 10 and 12. This year, a total of 19, 174 students are declared pass acress all classes. Eligible students can check their HPSOS September 2025 results through the official website, hpbose.org. Students can also access their results through Digi Locker.
As per the official notice, 265 candidates appeared for the HPSOS Class 8 exam, of which 174 passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 65.66%. In Class 10, 9,428 candidates took the exams, with 5,985 passing and 3,018 declared reappear, bringing the overall pass percentage to 63.48%.
For Class 12, 9,481 candidates appeared, 6,139 passed, 2,934 were declared reappear, and 91 applied for re-evaluation. The overall pass percentage for HP SOS September 2025 Class 12 open school exam is recorded at 64.75%.
Candidates who want to apply for re-evaluation of HPSOS Class 10, 12 papers or re-checking of Class 8, 10 and 12 papers can submit their online applications through their respective HPSOS Study Centres by January 7, 2026. The fee for re-evaluation or re-checking is Rs 1,000 per subject for re-evaluation and Rs 800 per subject for re-checking.

Candidates declared as reappear or pass and who want to appear in the reappear or improvement exam for the March 2026 session can apply online through their HPSOS study centres between December 27, 2025, and January 12, 2026, without a late fee.
For result-related queries, candidates can contact the HPBOSE office at 01892-242199 for Classes 8 and 10, and 01892-242152 for Class 12, between 10 AM and 5 PM.
