HTET 2025 registration begins; apply by January 4 for PRT, TGT, PGT eligibility test

The Board of School Education, Haryana, has begun the registration for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2025. Eligible candidates can apply for HTET 2025 through the official website at htet.eapplynow or bseh.org.in. The last date to fill out the HTET 2025 application form is January 4, 2026.

The HTET 2025 exam is tentatively scheduled to be held on January 17, 18, 2026, in pen-paper mode. The HTET admit card 2025 release date will be announced later on the official website. The board will open the Haryana TET 2025 application correction window for two days on January 4 and 5, 2026.

HTET is conducted at three levels: Level 1 for Primary Teacher Eligibility (PRT) covering Classes 1 to 5, Level 2 for Trained Graduate Teacher Eligibility (TGT) covering Classes 6 to 8, and Level 3 for Post Graduate Teacher Eligibility (PGT) for Classes 9 to 12. Candidates should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the respective levels before applying.

HTET 2025 Registration: Documents required

During HTET 2025 registration, candidates will be required to upload the following documents in the prescribed format.

  • Candidates should upload a recent coloured photograph with 60% visibility and a white background.
  • Candidates are required to affix their thumb impression on the OMR answer sheet at the examination centre.
  • Thumb impression file size should be 10 KB to 50 KB.
  • Signature file size should be 20 KB to 50 KB.
  • Photograph file size should be 10 KB to 50 KB.
  • The photograph should have dimensions of 3.5 cm (width) × 4.5 cm (height).
  • The uploaded photograph will be matched with the actual candidate appearing for the examination to avoid discrepancies.
