IB SA Results 2025 out for 4,987 security assistant posts

The IB SA Results 2025 has been declared by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) today on the MHA’s official website at mha.govt.in. Candidates can also download the Intelligence Bureau (IB) Security Assistant result 2025 pdf from an alternate website - ncs.gov.in.

Selection to the security assistant post in the IB demands clearance from three stages of exam. Those who have qualified the IB SA Tier 1 exam are eligible to appear for the Tier 2 exam for which the dates will be announced soon.

Only those candidates whose roll numbers are included in the IB SA tier 1 selection list have advanced to the next round of selection for the post of security assistant, as per the official notification.

The ministry conducted the IB SA written test on September 29 and 30 to fill a total of 4,987 vacancies of security assistant or executive position in the IB. The following rounds of selection for the SA post at IB includes a skill or descriptive test, interview stage and document verification level.

Candidates must be aware that the IB SA tier 2 exam includes a descriptive and skill assessment test. Clearing this level will determine the eligibility for the final interview and document verification.

Candidates who appeared for the written test can follow the steps given below to download the IB SA results 2025 in a pdf format.

• Go to the official website at mha.gov.in.
• Look for a link which says ‘Recruitment’ or ‘What’s new’ and click on it.
• In a new window, click on ‘IB SA/EXe Tier 1 Result 2025.’
• Again a new page will open, enter login details such as roll number or registration ID and date of birth.
• Click on the submit icon.
• IB SA Result 2025 will appear on the screen.
• Check your roll number and download the PDF.
