IBPS RRB 2026 registration begins for over 13,000 group A and B officers, office assistants posts

IBPS RRB application 2026 window will remain open till September 21. Scale 1 preliminary exams scheduled for November 21 and 22.
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has commenced the registration process for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP-RRBs XV). Candidates seeking recruitment to Group A Officers (Scale 1, 2 and 3) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be able to submit their applications through the official IBPS website at ibps.in. The last date to register and pay the application fee is September 21, 2026.

As per the eligibility criteria, candidates should be between 18 years and 28 years for Group B recruitment. The age limit is above 18 years and below 30 years for Officer Scale 1, above 21 years and below 32 years for Officer Scale 2, and above 21 years and below 40 years for Officer Scale 3.
Candidates will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 850, while Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates will have to make a payment of Rs 175.

The IBPS RRB 2026 recruitment drive aims to fill multiple vacancies across various posts, including office assistants, office scale 1, officer scale 2 (general banking officer, IT, CA, law, treasury manager, marketing officer, agriculture officer), and officer scale 3.

Steps to apply for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026
Candidates can follow these steps to complete the IBPS RRB XV application form 2026:
- Visit the official IBPS website, ibps.in.
- On the homepage, open the CRP RRBs XV recruitment link.
- Select the relevant application link for Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale I, II or III.
- Click on “New Registration” and enter the required basic details to generate the registration number and password.
- Log in using the registration credentials and complete the IBPS RRB application form.
- Enter personal, educational and other required details carefully.
- Upload the photograph, signature and other documents in the prescribed format and size.
- Preview the application form and check all details before final submission.
- Pay the applicable application fee/intimation charges through the available online payment options.
- Submit the application form and download or print the confirmation page for future reference.
