Candidates who appeared in the IBSAT exam with scholarships on December 27 and 28 can check the result-cum-scorecard by entering their valid application number and password.
For those who secure a place in the top 500 in the IBSAT exam, their scholarship letters will be provided along with the exam results.

Following the declaration of the IBSAT 2025 results, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stages of the admission process, such as the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview (PI).
The IBS selection process will take place from February 14 to 22, 2026. The micro-presentation topics will be general in nature and randomly selected from a pool of 1 to 100. Candidates will be given the option to choose another topic if they are not comfortable with the first one selected.
Candidates can follow the instructions given below to check their IBSAT 2025 exam results.
IBS invites applications from candidates who have obtained valid scores in the CAT, XAT, NMAT by GMAC, or GMAT exams. The minimum eligibility criteria are a GMAT score of 500, CAT 60 percentile, NMAT by GMAC 150, or XAT 60 percentile (scores obtained from 2023 onwards).
