NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has issued the admit card for the CA Foundation September 2024 session. Candidates who applied for the exam can download their ICAI CA Foundation admit card 2024 for the September session through the official website, icai.org.
As per the schedule, the CA Foundation September 2024 exam will take place on September 13, 15, 18, and 20. To download the CA Foundation September 2024 admit card, candidates will need to enter their registration number as username and date of birth as password.
The ICAI CA Foundation admit card for 2024 will carry details such as the candidate's name, registration number, and programme details. It will also include the candidate’s photo and signature, as well as information about the exam venue, timing, and reporting time.
To pass the CA Foundation exam, a candidate should score a minimum of 40% marks in each paper. Additionally, an aggregate of 55% marks is necessary across all four papers combined.

ICAI CA Foundation 2024: Exam pattern
The CA Foundation exam has four papers. Paper 1 focuses on accounting, while paper 2 covers business laws. Paper 3, which is divided into three sections, includes business mathematics, logical reasoning, and statistics. Paper 4 deals with business economics.
Papers 1 and 2 are each allotted 3 hours, while Papers 3 and 4 are each allotted 2 hours. Papers 1 and 2 are subjective, whereas Papers 3 and 4 are objective. Each paper carries 100 marks, making the total exam worth 400 marks.
There is no negative marking for the subjective papers which is papers 1, 2. For the objective papers i.e. papers 3, 4, 1/4 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. The exam is available in English and Hindi, except for Section B of Paper 2, which is in English only.
