ICAI CA May exams 2024 postponed; revised schedule on March 19

ICAI CA Inter exams were scheduled from May 3 to 13 and Final exams from May 2 to 12. The revised schedule will now be announced on March 19 evening.
NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) has postponed the CA Intermediate and Final exams 2024 scheduled to take place in May. The revised schedule for CA May Intermediate, Final exams 2024 will be out on March 19.

“The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will issue the detailed revised schedule of May 2024 Examinations on 19th March 2024 (Evening) on www.icai.org . Students writing their Chartered Accountants Examinations, May 2024 may kindly note the same and bear with us for the time being.”
Earlier, the CA Intermediate exams were to be held from May 3 to 13 and CA Final group 1 and 2 exams from May 2 to 12. However, the institute had informed that it may postpone the ICAI CA exam dates 2024 to avoid clash with the Lok Sabha general elections 2024.
Today, the election commission (EC) announced that it will hold the general elections 2024 from April 19 to June 1 in seven phases covering 543 constituencies. Counting for all phases will be done on June 4, 2024.
Meanwhile, the ICAI CA May exam registration date has been closed. The admit card will be issued to the registered candidates through the official website, eservices.icai.org.
In other news, the ICAI will be conducting the Chartered Accountants (CA) Foundation and Intermediate exams thrice a year . The detailed notification on this will also be issued on the official website.
