ICICI Bank Campus Power: The initiative seeks to help students pursue higher education in India and abroad.

NEW DELHI: The ICICI Bank has set up the first branch for its newly launched digital platform called "Campus Power" at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. The initiative seeks to help students pursue higher education in India and abroad through education funding, assistance in finding out the course and the university, helping students to prepare themselves for tests, offering debit and credit cards and creating overseas student accounts.
ICICI Bank, under the Campus Power initiative, will also offer education loans and remittance services to parents and help them in setting up savings accounts, investment products, travel and health insurance. "It provides institutes and international schools with various products and services under one umbrella to facilitate all the financial needs including funding, payments, collections, investments and insurance," claims ICICI Bank.

ICICI Bank will set up seven more branches on the campus of top premier institutes across the country, said a statement from the bank. According to the bank, customers of other banks can also make use of this platform. the Campus Power initiative can help users to access data regarding opportunities for higher studies in India and abroad in countries such as Canada, the UK, Germany, the USA and Australia.

"We are launching ‘Campus Power’ just before the start of the fall season abroad and beginning of the next academic year in India. This initiative caters to the student ecosystem by providing them with digital, personalised and comprehensive solutions. We believe that the benefits of our products and services should be available to all students and their parents, irrespective of whether they are ICICI Bank customers or not. With this launch, we wish to provide a holistic experience to the students and their parents and assist them in fulfilling their dreams,” said Sudipta Roy, head of the Unsecured Asset, ICICI Bank.
