ICSE, ISC compartment and improvement exam dates released

According to an official notification issued by CISCE, compartment and improvement exams for ICSE Class 10 students will be held from August 16 to September 2. Whereas, ISC Class 12 students will have their exams from August 16 to September 7. The council has released the timetables for the examinations.
The result of the compartment and improvement exams will be declared around September 20, the notification said.
The CISCE also said that those students who manage to improve their results in the compartment and improvement exams will have to return their previous statement of marks to the council through their school after which they will be awarded with revised marks statement and pass certificate. Similarly, the students who will be unsuccessful in improving their marks will also have to return their marks statement through their school. These students will be given a revised statement of marks.

The students who fail to appear for the improvement exams will be marked absent and their marks will remain unchanged, the notification further said.
The CISCE had released the ISC and ICSE results on July 24. The overall pass percentage for this year is 99.98 per cent for ICSE results and 99.76 per cent for ISC. Students who were not satisfied with their results were asked to register for improvement exams. The last day to register for compartment and improvement exams was on August 4.
