ICSI CS December 2025 exam is scheduled to be held from December 22 to December 29. Apply by September 26 without a late fee at smash.icsi.edu.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will open the registration window for the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 session from August 26. Eligible candidates can fill out the ICSI CS December 2025 application form through the official website at smash.icsi.edu.
As per the official notice, the last date to register for the ICSI CS December 2025 is September 26 without a late fee. Candidates who miss this window can still enrol by paying a late fee, with the final deadline set for October 10, 2025.
The ICSI CS June 2025 exam is scheduled to be held from December 22 to December 29, 2025. Candidates can choose to appear for the examination in either English or Hindi, as per the prescribed guidelines.
To be eligible for the exam, candidates will have to complete the online pre-examination test for both the executive and professional programmes. For the executive programme, students who registered before February 2025 are also required to complete the One Day Orientation Programme (ODOP), while those registered from February 2025 onward need only complete the pre-examination test.
