Free DownloadNEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will commence the registration process for ICSI Company Secretary (CS) June 2025 with a late fee today, March 26. Eligible candidates who missed the initial deadline can now fill out the ICSI CS application form for CS Executive or CS Professional programmes through the official website at icsi.edu or the SMASH portal.

The ICSI CS June 2025 exam is scheduled to be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025. The exam will take place from 9 am to 12.15 pm. Candidates can choose to appear for the examination in either English or Hindi, as per the prescribed guidelines.
To be eligible for the CS examination, candidates enrolled in the executive programme must have completed the online pre-examination test and the one-day orientation programme (ODOP). For the professional programme, completion of the online pre-examination test is mandatory.
ICSI CS June 2025 application fee
To register for ICSI CS June 2025, candidates will have to pay an additional late fee of Rs 250 along with the examination fee. For the CS executive programme, the examination fee is Rs 1,500 per group, while for the CS professional programme, the exam fee is Rs 1,800 per module or group.
Candidates who want to make changes to their examination centre, module, medium, or optional subject will be required to pay Rs 250 per change. As per the official notification, a service charge of Rs 250 will also be applicable in addition to the examination fee. Candidates appearing for the exam from the overseas centre in Dubai will have to pay a surcharge of USD 100 or its equivalent in Indian rupees.
ICSI CS June 2025: Cancellation window open till May 1
The ICSI has announced that candidates who scored 60% or above in the December 2024 examinations will be granted paper-wise exemptions automatically for the CS June 2025 session. Students who do not wish to avail of this exemption can submit a cancellation request.
The deadline to apply for the cancellation of exemptions or resubmit documents for exemption approval is May 1, 2025, by 4 pm. Candidates can submit their exemption cancellation requests through the SMASH portal.
