ICSI CSEET June 2026 registration begins; exam from June 1 to 4

Check NowThe Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has begun the registration process for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) June 2026 session. Eligible candidates can register for the ICSI CSEET June 2026 through the official website at smash.icsi.edu/Scripts/CSEET/Instructions_CSEET.aspx.
As per the official schedule, the deadline to register for the CSEET June 2026 is February 15. Candidates will be able to submit the CSEET June 2026 enrolment form without a late fee from March 1 to April 7. Enrolment with a late fee will be accepted from April 8 to April 20. ICSI has fixed the registration fee for the CSEET June 2026 session at Rs 7,500, while the examination fee is Rs 1,500.
The CSEET June 2026 exam will be conducted in centre-based mode from June 1 to June 4. ICSI conducts CSEET in three sessions every year, in February, June, and October. The validity of the CSEET score will be three years, and candidates will be required to complete the Student Induction Programme.
Candidates who qualify the CSEET will be eligible for registration to the Executive Programme, followed by the Professional Programme, along with the prescribed training and membership requirements laid down by ICSI.
ICSI CSEET June 2026: Eligibility, exam pattern
Candidates appearing in Class 12, those who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination, and undergraduate students are eligible to register for the CS course through the CSEET June 2026 session. ICSI states that the University Grants Commission (UGC) recognises the Company Secretary qualification as equivalent to a postgraduate degree.
The CSEET syllabus includes four papers. Business Communication, Fundamentals of Accounting, and Economic and Business Environment will be conducted as subjective papers, each carrying 100 marks with a duration of three hours.
Business Laws and Management will be an OMR-based paper of 100 marks with a duration of two hours. ICSI states that the detailed syllabus will be made available on its official website.
