ICSI CS Executive Dec 2025 results declared; mark verification portal opens tomorrow

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the CS Executive December 2025 examination results today, February 25. Candidates who appeared for the exams can now access their results through the official website, icsi.edu.

ICSI has uploaded the electronic result-cum-marks statement for the Executive Programme on its official website soon after announcing the results. The institute has specified that no hard copy of the marks statement will be provided to Executive candidates.

In contrast, candidates of the Professional Programme will receive their result-cum-marks statements in physical form at their registered postal addresses after the results are declared.

The institute has also announced the complete toppers list for the CS Executive December 2025 examination. Anisha Darshan Keswani secured rank 1, followed by Siddhi Khandelwal at rank 2, while Rangvala Insiya Imaran Bahi achieved rank 3 in the examination.

Candidates who are not satisfied with their results can now apply for verification of marks within 21 days of the result declaration. Those interested must submit their request through their SMASH portal login by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 250 per subject. The online window for applying for verification will remain open from February 26 to March 18. The final date to submit applications for verification of marks is March 18.

Candidated can follow the below steps to download their results;

• Go to the official website — icsi.edu

• Click on the relevant link for CS Executive or CS Professional scorecard

• Enter your application number and date of birth to log in

• The scorecard PDF will appear on the screen

• Download the file and take a printout for future reference

The ICSI CS December 2025 marks statement includes important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, subject-wise scores, total aggregate marks, qualifying status, rank (if applicable), and other relevant information.
