IIHMR University Summer Internship Placement: The average stipend stands at Rs 10,525.
NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) University has recorded 100% summer internship placements for the 2023-25 batch across its two-year MBA programs, including Hospital and Health Management, Pharmaceutical Management, and Development Management. The internship, spanning eight weeks from May to June 2024, will offer students training in their chosen disciplines.
Stating on the success, PR Sodani, president, IIHMR University shared, “The successful summer internship season is a testament to our commitment to present our students with the best opportunities in both domestic and international markets. We saw 149 renowned organizations from multiple sectors offering internships to our 364 very determined students, resulting in 100% internship placements. Such offers will equip students with proficiency in leadership and strategic management abilities along with cultivating excellent soft skills. I congratulate and wish the students all the best for their professional endeavors.”
IIHMR University Summer Internship: Average package at Rs 10,525
According to the data, the highest monthly package offered during the IIHMR Summer Internship 2024 was Rs 25,000. A total of 364 students took part in the placement drive, securing positions in 149 organizations. The average package for the IIHMR Summer Internship was Rs 10,525.
A total of 227 students from MBA (Hospital and Health Management), 126 students from MBA (Pharmaceutical Management), and 11 students from MBA (Development Management) were offered internships in multifaceted roles across various sectors.

The top recruiting sectors of IIHMR University summer internship placements 2023-25 included Hospitals, Public Health Organizations, Consultancies, FMCGs, NGOs, Diagnostics, Health ITs, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals. A total of 149 companies were offering summer internships at IIHMR University. Notable among these were AIIMS, Apollo Hospitals, Ernst & Young, Dabur, Fortis Hospital, Cipla, CK Birla Group of Hospitals, NITI Ayog, Tata Steel Foundation, Jhpiego, Narayana Health, among others. Additionally, the university received an international internship offer from AL-Noor Veterinary Medicines Trading LLC based in Dubai.
