IIM Ahmedabad concludes cluster 3 placements; Tata Consultancy Services top recruiter

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) concluded its final placement process 2023 for the post-graduate programme class of 2023 with the end of the cluster-3. The Institute will be releasing the IIMA final placement report 2023 soon.

IIMA's cluster-3 included 8 cohorts- analytics & IT consulting, BFSI, consumer tech, core manufacturing & infrastructure, enterprise tech, education tech, logistics, and government enterprises. Tata Consultancy Services rolled out a total of 15 offers in the analytics & IT consulting cohort while BFSI cohort had the second-highest number of offers.

This placement cluster also saw new recruiters such as- cult.fit, Finarb Consulting, and Javis. "There were numerous dream applications for Cluster 3, reinforcing the candidate-recruiter fit that the Cluster-Cohort system offers," read the press statement.

IIMA also recently completed final placement process for the PGP in food and agribusiness management (FABM). A total of 47 students from the FABM programme will be joining their companies by June 2023. The placements witnessed a balance of roles from sectors, like agri-inputs, trading and commodities, supply chain, food industry, agri consulting, e-commerce, FMCG retail and others.

Companies such as Ernst & Young (EY), Reliance Industries Limited, PI Industries, Absolute, Agro Tech Foods, Olam Agri, Olam Food Ingredients, Banas Dairy, Privi Life Sciences, Amul, Bayer, UPL, Nestle, PepsiCo, Hexaware Technologies, DeHaat, Country Delight, CPF, Waycool, Torq Commodities and Stryker. Many new recruiters also showed a keen interest in the batch, which is visible by the participation of industry giants, like Agrocorp International, Iscon Balaji Foods, IIFL, Freyr Solutions, RBL Bank, and Zyngo EV Mobility participated in the placement process.
