IIM Bangalore: Students' entrepreneurship festival on August 21, 22

The theme for the student led IIM-Bangalore fest this year will be ‘Reflect. Reboot. Rebound’.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore will host the 14th edition of the Eximius entrepreneurship festival on August 21 and 22. The students of the postgraduate programme in management are organising the festival, said a statement from IIM-Bangalore.
The theme for the festival this year will be ‘Reflect. Reboot. Rebound’, which aims at celebration of entrepreneurship and fostering talent.
Eximius 2021 is open for all and at the official website, eximius-iimb.com. . The last date to register for the fest is August 20 till midnight (today).
This year's festival will include competitions, more than 15 speaker sessions, fireside chats and panel discussions, workshops, product demonstrations by startups.

“Talks will focus on strategy, start-up fundraising, IPO pitch, public policy, product management, business idea pitch and more. Some of the talks will focus on the learnings from the pandemic, innovation that has taken place over the past year and how sectors are rebounding”, according to the statement by IIM-B.
The speakers include former member of Parliament Rajeev Gowda, ex-MP, Rajya Sabha; Prashant Tandon, co-founder and CEO of 1MG; Ankit Gupta, CEO, Franchise and Frontier, OYO India; Satya Tripathi, Secretary-General, Global Alliance for a Sustainable Planet; Vikram Vaidyanathan, managing partner, Matrix Partners India and Tarun Sharma, CEO and Co-founder, mCaffeine.
The 14th edition of the festival will include the more traditional competitions as well as Start-up Junction, a platform that gives young entrepreneurs and startups the chance to pitch their ideas in front of investors, customers and entrepreneurs.
