IIM Indore, TimesPro collaborate to launch Master of Management Programme
IIM Indore MMS Programme: Learners will have the opportunity to participate in a 12-day immersion programme during the first and sixth semesters.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management Indore, in association with TimesPro, a higher Edtech platform, has launched its inaugural batch of post-graduate degree in management - Master of Management Studies (MMS). Himanshu Rai, director, IIM Indore, inaugurated the batch on campus. The two-year online MMS curriculum is IIM Indore's flagship executive education offering, providing opportunities for advancement among working executives.
During the inauguration, Himanshu Rai emphasized the MMS programme's visionary essence. Rai stated that this programme demonstrates the university's commitment to developing future leaders by providing them with the necessary knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills to lead organisations through the complexities of a deeply VUCA environment.
Rai highlighted the programme's combination of academic rigour and practical learning possibilities, which sets a new benchmark for executive education. He said, “The proficiencies acquired by the learners during this programme shall prove profoundly critical and indispensable in navigating the uncertainties of the global landscape.”

Program objectives
The Master of Management Studies program aims to enhance learners' cross-functional and leadership abilities, equipping them to excel in business management, finance, and technology in alignment with the evolving demands of Industry 4.0. Additionally, it aims to cultivate strategic insight, a crucial asset in today's dynamic business landscape.
Inaugural cohort diversity
The inaugural cohort represents professionals from 15 states across approximately 18 sectors, including information technology, BFSI, construction and manufacturing, automotive, metallurgy, hospitality, sales and marketing, oil and energy, HR, operations, and more. A total of 80 participants have been enrolled in the inaugural MMS batch, with 30 percent of them being female professionals. Among these learners, 44 percent boast industry experience spanning 5 to 15 years or more. Rigorous screening procedures, including interviews, ensured the admission of candidates with exceptional qualifications and potential.
Programme delivery
The programme will utilize TimesPro's advanced Interactive Learning (IL) platform, delivered through Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode. Additionally, learners will have the opportunity to engage in a 12-day immersion program at the institution during the first and sixth semesters.
IIM Indore MMS Programme: Specialization opportunities
The Master of Management studies offers learners the chance to specialize in modules covering economics, communications, finance and accounting, information systems, OB & HR, OM & QT, strategy, and humanities and social sciences. The curriculum integrates cutting-edge content with real-world case studies, simulations, and interactive learning experiences.
