He explained the theory of ‘Six H’ in life and said “The first H is hunger, the ability to dream and go beyond what people around you are telling you. The second H is hard work. The third H, which is the most important, links the first two and cannot be done without Humility. Be generous, give others their time. Remember the five elements: hard cash, and humor. You can't survive without humor. Despite only being a team of 1,100 people, we made significant revenue milestones. We were the youngest startup in India to reach 200 crore in 8 months, the youngest company to reach 2000 crore in 21 months and the youngest company to reach 10,000 crore in 46 months. Last year we earned a revenue of around Rs 19,000 crore."
IIM Kashipur has secured the 19th rank among the top 50 Management Institutes/Colleges in India in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF)-2023 ranking released by the Ministry of Education.
