IIM Lucknow launches 11-month executive programme in brand management for working professionals

Candidates will be admitted to the executive programme at IIM Lucknow on the basis of their academic and professional background and experience.
The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has partnered with TeamLease EdTech and launched an 11-month executive programme in brand management. The course is designed for working professionals, graduates, post graduates and diploma holders.
Candidates will be admitted to the executive programme at IIM Lucknow on the basis of their academic and professional background and experience.
Those who will complete the programme will receive a Certificate of successful completion from the management institute .
The curriculum for the 11-month executive programme in brand management include consumer insights, brand strategy and integrated communications, along with digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing and customer lifecycle management.
Executive Programme in Brand Management Eligibility
The course will have a total of 132 learning hours, with 114 hours of live online learning and 18 hours through a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow.
The programme is designed for candidates looking to upskill their brand strategy, consumer understanding, digital marketing and business decision-making skills.
It will also include case studies, business simulations, projects, assignments, faculty-led live sessions, practitioner-led masterclasses and peer learning to connect classroom concepts with business situations.
The curriculum covers consumer insights, brand strategy and integrated communications, along with digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing and customer lifecycle management.

IIM Lucknow Executive Programme: Curriculum
Candidates will also be taught digital consumer psychology, brand storytelling, social media and influencer branding, marketplace and quick-commerce strategy, and omnichannel growth.
The curriculum covers AI-driven marketing and advertising and examines how AI can be used to understand consumers and support engagement with them. The programme will also consist of changing digital consumer journeys to affect brand building and customer experience.
The programme links marketing decisions with the financial and commercial aspects of running a brand. Participants will learn about unit economics, profitability, financial planning, valuation and governance, along with cross-functional leadership.
