IIM Lucknow Summer Placement 2025–27: Highest stipend for PGP at Rs 3.96 lakh per month

IIM Lucknow PGP Placements 2025-27: The top 50% of the batch secured an average stipend of Rs 2.18 lakh per month. The average monthly stipend raises 17% to Rs 1.67 lakh.
The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has concluded its summer placement for the academic year 2025-27. Over 580 job offers were recorded for its 41st batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 22nd batch of PGP in Agribusiness Management (ABM) students.
A highest domestic stipend of Rs 3.95 lakh per month was secured at the placement process. The top international stipend stood at Rs 2.5 lakh per month.
The institute reported an average stipend of Rs 1.67 lakh per month, making an increase from Rs 1.43 lakh last year. The median stipend also witnessed a rise with Rs 1.72 lakh per month compared to Rs 1.50 lakh in the previous year.
Notably, the top 50% of the batch secured an average stipend of Rs 2.18 lakh per month, reflecting strong industry confidence and robust demand for talent from IIM Lucknow, the institute said in an official statement.

Top recruiters offering job offers at the IIM Lucknow’s placement process includes Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, American Express, Amazon, Arga Investments, Avendus, Axis Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, Google, HUL, ITC, J.P. Morgan Chase, Kearney, KPMG, Marico, Mastercard, McKinsey & Co., Media.net, MMT, Pidilite, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Reliance, Tata Administrative Services, and VISA.
The first-time recruiter participating also included Barclays (RSG), CRISIL, D.E. Shaw, Dream Incubator, Edelweiss, Eternal, Galderma, Henkel, HSBC (IB), IMAP India, India Alternatives, Intellimation.ai, I Squared Capital, Ionic Wealth, Michelin, Mondelez, Morgan Stanley (IB), Nestle, Neo Asset Management, Nivea, Pinpoint, Salesforce, Shapoorji Pallonji, Qualcomm, Wells Fargo, and Vector Consulting Group.
A total of 187 freshers and 345 students with prior work experience across various sectors took part in the IIM Lucknow’s 2025-27.
“This mix of fresh talent and seasoned professionals helped students secure positions in a range of sectors, including Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Operations & Retail, and e-Commerce, among others,” according to the official statement by the institute.
In addition, Adani also offered a tuition waiver in addition to a competitive stipend to selected interns.
