IIM Lucknow Placements 2026: Over 580 job offers from Accenture, Google, Amazon; Rs 1 crore highest package

IIM Lucknow Placements 2026: The average salary stood at Rs 33.2 LPA, while the median package was Rs 32.9 LPA, with offers made across various fields, including finance, consulting, information technology, and sales & marketing.
The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) recorded its highest domestic package of Rs 1 crore per annum and an international placement offer of Rs 65 LPA (Lakh per annum) for students in the final placement process for 2026. The placement drive, which concluded today, secured over 580 job offers from Amazon, Accenture, Google, and other companies.
The average salary stood at Rs 33.2 LPA, while the median package was Rs 32.9 LPA. These offers were made across various roles to 599 students from IIM Lucknow’s 40th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 21st batch of the PGP in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).
Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, Alvarez & Marsal, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, Google, J.P. Morgan, Kearney, Landmark Group, McKinsey & Company, Media.net, Microsoft, Navi, Procter & Gamble, PwC, RIL, and Tata Administrative Services took part in the placement drive, offering a variety of roles across different industries.

The management institute also welcomed some of the first-time recruiters, including Accuracy, Agratas, Analysys Mason, Berger, BlackRock, boAt, Darwinbox, Dezerv, Essar Group, Forvis Mazars, HDFC IB, Hero Future Energies, HiLabs, James Douglas, Jindal Steel, Lloyds Metals, Neo Asset Management, Novaa One, Shaadi.com, Shapoorji Pallonji, StoneX, and Uber, offering both domestic and international job roles.
The IIM Lucknow recruitment drive was held in a hybrid mode, where over 200 domestic and international recruiters took part.
“This dual mode ensured seamless interaction, accommodating the needs of both remote and on-campus participants, making the process more inclusive and accessible,” IIM Lucknow said.
The management institute’s placement drive comprised both fresh and experienced graduates from various fields, including Finance, Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales & Marketing.
