IIM Mumbai, LTIMindtree launch postgraduate programme for executives in AI-led experience design

IIM Mumbai: The programme curriculum focuses on AI-driven experience design and incorporates advanced CX concepts alongside strategic business management courses.
Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai has partnered with LTIMindtree, a technology consulting and digital solutions company, to launch a one-year blended Post Graduate Programme for Executives (PGPEx) in AI-led experience design. The programme aims to equip professionals with advanced skills in customer experience (CX) design, leveraging the transformative power of artificial intelligence.
The PGPEx course will be delivered primarily online and will include two week-long on-campus modules at IIM Mumbai, offering participants the opportunity to engage with faculty and collaborate with industry peers. The programme curriculum focuses on AI-driven experience design and incorporates advanced CX concepts alongside strategic business management courses.
Venu Lambu, CEO (Designate) and Wholetime director of LTIMindtree, said the partnership reflects the company’s effort to develop talent for the future of work. “By combining LTIMindtree’s deep industry insights with IIM Mumbai’s academic excellence, this program empowers professionals to redefine customer experience in an AI-driven world.
