NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has initiated the inaugural batch of the executive certificate programme 'Leadership at Peak,' designed to enhance leadership skills by incorporating real-world scenarios. The certificate programme is for CEOs, CXOs, CFOs, and individuals in senior managerial positions with over 10 years of experience.
The programme will continue for duration of 7 months. The 1st batch of Leadership at Peak programme will begin from June 16, 2024. The program also includes a 3-day on-campus immersion, allowing candidates an experience of campus life.

The expertise at IIM Raipur has carved out the course to help participants gain a multidimensional understanding of leadership through the titans across diverse fields. The programme also offers candidates a 3-day on-campus immersion, giving them a taste of life at the campus. This meticulously crafted course is an ethos to our institute’s commitment towards cultivating executives into holistic business leaders.”
The programme will commence every Sunday from 10:30 am to 1:45 pm in online mode. The course is designed to align with current market trends, offering insights by combining theoretical learning with practical knowledge from distinguished leaders in various fields, including Civil Services.
The first edition will allow senior managers to expand their network and gain a deep understanding of leadership. Participants will benefit from self-reflection on their leadership style and the development of an effective leadership framework based on identified areas for improvement.
Additionally, the program grants executive alumni status from IIM Raipur and helps build a lasting support system with peers from various functions and industries.
The course will include discussions on various topics, including the concept of leadership and change management, leadership theories, the relationship between leadership and change during crises, successes, and failures, and skills for personal leadership development.
Additional topics covered will include power and influence, leadership ethics and values, leadership attributes and behaviors, skills for building personal credibility, motivation and performance management, team building, skills for developing others, bad leadership, the leadership triangle, the role of the board versus executive governance models and mechanisms in the private and public sectors, and integrating smart gadgets and technology for effective leadership.
