IIM Sambalpur-NHRDN Chapter to make a lasting impact on HR leaders while contributing to the overall advancement of HR practices.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur in partnership with the National HRD Network (NHRDN) has launched a new chapter at its campus today, December 6. The initiative aims to create human resource development and thought leadership in India by offering a platform for 20,000 members including senior HR professionals, academicians, and students.
The IIM Sambalpur-NHRDN chapter aims to make a lasting impact on HR leaders and contribute to the advancement of human resource practices. Together, IIM Sambalpur and NHRDN will drive excellence in HR development by setting new benchmarks for the human resource industry.
The event was attended by Prem Singh the president of Group HR, JK Organisation and was the NHRDN host, and Arun Maira the author and thought leader was the chief guest of the event. Other guests including Dharm Rakshit, HR head at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, and among others were present at the event.

The programme will offer theoretical and practical dimensions of Human Resource Development (HRD) by promoting an understanding of its philosophy, processes, and applications through rigorous research, exploration, and knowledge acquisition.
According to the IIM Sambalpur statement, the main aim is to disseminate advanced HRD knowledge among professionals and practitioners, and also facilitate the exchange of insights and experiences to strengthen the HR field.
On the occasion, Mahadeo Jaiswal, the director of IIM Sambalpur said: “In alignment with our core values and mission to contribute to the development of future-ready HR leaders, our collaboration with the National HRD Network brings together the expertise of the HR community. Our goal is to create a dynamic interface for industry experts and students to collaborate and innovate as well as to host workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance skills and expand professional connections.”
The National HRD Network is one of the most prominent organizations in the field of human resources (HR) and has played a pivotal role in shaping HR practices and policies across various industries.
