IIMC registration, choice filing for counselling begins; apply by October 16

IIMC Admission 2022 to PG diploma course in journalism, advertising and PR, Radio and TV Journalism and Digital Media will be done through CUET PG scores.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has started the registration process for counselling and choice filling for admission to postgraduate diploma courses in journalism. Interested and eligible candidates having valid CUET PG 2022 will be able to apply and fill their choices till October 16, 2022, on the official website, iimc.admissions.nic.in.
IIMC admission 2022 to PG diploma course in English Journalism, Hindi Journalism, advertising and public relations, Radio and TV Journalism and Digital Media will be done through CUET PG scores.
All the CUET PG qualified and eligible candidates are required to register online on IIMC portal iimc.admissions.nic.in. IIMC online registration by all the eligible candidates will be allowed only in round 1 and spot round of counselling.
After registering, candidates will have to complete the IIMC application form by filling details of education qualification, contact details. General category candidates will have to pay the registration fee of Rs 1,000 and Gen-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST applicants have to pay Rs 750.
IIMC Registration 2022: Choice filling
Candidates who have successfully registered and paid the registration fee, are required to submit their choices of IIMC campus and programmes in order of preference. Here are some things to remember before submitting the course, campus preference.
- System will show only valid choices based on the application form details submitted by the candidate.
- Candidates can fill in as many numbers of choices in the order of preference as they wish to from the list of available choices.
- Candidates are permitted, if they so desire, to change or re-order their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final choices.

IIMC Admission 2022: Documents required
Candidates will have to upload the essential documents after getting allocation. The list of documents is as follows.
- Age Proof: Class 10 certificate or any other valid certificate will be mandatory.
- Graduate or equivalent mark sheet or undertaking.
- CUET PG Admit Card 2022
- CUET (PG) Scorecard 2022
- Category Certificate: Mandatory for SC/ST/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL
- PwD Certificate: Mandatory of PwD candidates
