: The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research has started registration for IISER admission 2021 though IIT JEE Advanced channel. Candidates who wish to apply for IISER 2021 admissions through IIT JEE Advanced can now apply online at iiseradmission.in. Note that the authorities have released separate links for registration and for filling the application form.

Candidates are first required to register for IISER admission 2021 and then fill out the application form, however, there is no need to register again if registration has already done earlier for applications through the KVPY/SCB channels.
Steps for register for IISER 2021 admissions through JEE Advanced channel

Visit iiseradmission.in.

Click on the “Apply now button”

The registration and application form link will be available on the screen. Click on the links to apply for IISER admission 2021.

Enter all the required details such as personal information, contact details, qualifying examination details and much more.

Upload relevant documents as per the specifications mentioned.

Finally, pay the required application fee.
IISER Admissions 2021 through JEE Advanced - Eligibility Criteria
Before filling out the application form, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria for admission through JEE Advanced channel.

Candidates should have secured a rank within 15000 in the common rank list (for candidates belonging to GEN/OBC categories) or in the respective category rank lists (for candidates belonging to GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PWD categories) of JEE Advanced.

Additional cut-off criteria for marks obtained in 10+2 board examination is also applicable. The cut-off marks in (10+2) as eligibility for admissions is: 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade for GEN/OBC and OBC-NCL categories and 55% for SC/ST/PWD in any recognized board.

The application process for IISER admission 2021 through KVPY and SCB is now over. The round 1 seat allotment result for these channels will be declared tentatively on October 25.
