Try NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) has announced the IISER Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT) round 8 seat allotment result 2024 today, September 9. Candidates who registered for the IISER IAT 2024 counselling process can download the round 8 seat allotment letter on the official website, iiseradmission.in.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth, to download the IISER round 8 seat allotment letter 2024. The examination authority will announce the IAT 2024 round 8 categories and IISER participating institute-wise closing rank list for the IISER 2024 of the registered candidates on the official website.
Candidates need to upload the required documents, pay the acceptance fee, and submit their confirmation by September 8 at 6 pm to secure their admission.
As per the official notice, candidates from the General, Economically Weaker Sections, Other Backward Classes, Kashmiri Pandits, Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants), and Persons with Disabilities categories must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 35,000. For Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, the seat acceptance fee is Rs 17,500.
IISER Admission 2024: Purpose of IAT counselling
The IISER IAT counselling is conducted for candidates seeking admission to the 5-year BS-MS dual degree and 4-year BS degree programmes for 2024. These programmes will be offered by IISER campuses in Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tirupati.
The IISER IAT 2024 score is also used for admission to the Bachelor of Science (Research) programme at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and the BS-Medical Sciences and Engineering programme at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M).
