IIT Gandhinagar invites MTech ICDT applications on iitgn.ac.in; apply till April 17

Students selected for IIT Gandhinagar’s MTech Integrated Circuit Design and Technology programme will get a monthly scholarship of Rs 12,400.
NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar has started inviting applications for MTech in Integrated Circuit Design and Technology (ICDT). Students can apply for MTech ICDT on the official website, iitgn.ac.in/admissions/mtech, till April 17. The programme is being offered by the department of electrical engineering, IIT Gandhinagar.
Students from unreserved and OBC categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 300 while those belonging to SC, ST and PWD categories will have to pay Rs 150. Applicants will receive their application number and link to download the form on their registered email ID and mobile numbers.
Students applying for the programme will have to submit their Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) registration number. Those who have completed their BTech from an IIT will be exempted from this criterion.
Candidates admitted in MTech ICDT programme will receive a monthly scholarship of Rs 12,400. IIT Gandhinagar will also provide financial support of up to Rs 60,000 to full-time students for presenting their research work at international conferences.

Eligibility criteria
Students applying for IIT Gandhinagar MTech ICDT programme should have at least 55% marks or 5.5 CGPA/CPI (on a 10 point scale) in BE, BTech, BS, MSc or an equivalent degree. Candidates from SC, ST and PwD categories will be given a 5% relaxation. Applicants will have to produce a GATE score card at the time of admission. BTech graduates from IITs with CGPA/CPI of 8.0 or above (on scale of 10) will be eligible for admission even without taking GATE.
