Download NowNEW DELHI, OCTOBER 10 : Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP) extending the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2019 application process by two days have made it convenient for the IIT-JAM 2019 aspirants to submit their online application form of JAM till October 12, 2018.

IIT Kharagpur has released an official notification regarding the extension of the last date to fill IIT JAM application form 2019. As per the notification, the last date to submit the application form, which was previously October 10, 2019, has now been extended till October 12, 2019, 17:30 hrs. Candidates who wish to appear for IIT JAM 2019 for admissions into the PG programmes offered by the IITs and IISc, Bangalore, will have to fill the application form in the online mode within the stipulated time.
How to fill IIT JAM Application Form 2019
- Candidates need to first register themselves with JAM Online Application Processing System, also known as JOAPS, by filling in the required details.
- Now, using the enrolment ID and password created during registration, candidates will have to login to their account.
- After logging in, they will be asked to fill the academic details, personal details, and exam centre details.
- After uploading all the required details, candidates will have to remit the application fee in online mode.
About IIT JAM
IIT JAM, also known as IIT Joint Admission Test for M.Sc programmes, is being conducted by IIT Kharagpur. The entrance test offers an admission process for the aspirants who wish to pursue post graduate porgrammes in the IITs. The postgraduate programmes include M.Sc.-Ph.D. dual degree, joint M.Sc.-Ph.D, M.Sc.-M.S (Research), M.Sc., M.Sc.- M. Tech, Ph.D. dual degree, integrated Ph.D., and so on, offered in IITs and IISc Bangalore.
