NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore has extended the deadline to fill the IIT JAM admission form 2021 to May 31. Earlier, the last date to fill the IIT JAM 2021 admission form was May 27.
Candidates who have a valid score in the entrance test are required to fill the JAM 2021 admission form. Candidates need to enter the institute and programmes of their choice in the JAM admission form 2021. Candidates must ensure that all the personal, academic details and documents uploaded in the IIT JAM 2021 admission form are correct and legit.
Relaxation in minimum education qualification criteria
IISc, Bangalore has removed the minimum percentage requirement criteria that a candidate must have to be eligible for JAM 2021 admissions and replaced it with a pass in the qualifying examination.
Candidates who are unable to submit the required documents along with their application to admission can submit the undertaking form which is available on JOAPS portal. However, they must submit the missing documents to the admitting Institute by September 30, 2021.
JAM admission lists 2021
IISc Bangalore will release three admission lists of IIT JAM 2021 based on details mentioned by candidates in the JAM admission form and number of seats available in the various participating institutes.
The first, second and third IIT JAM 2021 admission list will be released on June 16, July 1 and July 16, respectively. To check the IIT JAM admission list 2021, candidates have to visit the official website and enter their login credentials in the JOAPS web portal.
Candidates will find various key details in the IIT JAM 2021 admission list such as their name, opted subject and the rank secured by them. Once the final JAM admission list is released, the selected candidates will receive a final offer letter for admission to their desired institute.
