Download NowNEW DELHI : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has released the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2023 fourth admission list for admission to postgraduate programmes offered by IITs. Candidates who applied for admission can check the list by logging on to the JOAPS portal – joaps.iitg.ac.in.

The last date for online payment of the seat booking fee for the fourth admission list is July 10. The refund for those candidates who opted for withdrawal will be processed before August 15.

The candidates belonging to the general, Other Backward Classes - Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) categories will have to pay a seat booking fee of Rs 10,000 while Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilites (PwD) will have to pay Rs 5,000.
How to check IIT JAM 4th admission list 2023?
- Visit the official website of iit jam – jam.iitg.ac.in
- Click on the link ‘JOAPS 2023: Candidate portal”
- Candidates will be redirected to another portal
- Login with email ID or enrolment ID or registration number and password
- Click on ‘submit’ button
Candidates will have to choose one of the three options:
- By choosing "Accept and Freeze", the candidate will accept the offered seat and would not like to upgrade to better preferences in the subsequent rounds.
- By choosing "Accept with Upgrade", the candidate will accept the offered seat, but would like to upgrade to better preferences in the subsequent rounds.
- By choosing "Reject and Quit", the candidate will reject the offered seat and would not like to continue in the admission process. For this option, the applicants will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on their registered mobile number which they will have to enter to confirm the decision.
