Download NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras is all set to close the registration fee payment window for Joint Admission test for Masters (IIT JAM 2024) today, October 27. Candidates who have filled out the application form can pay the IIT JAM 2024 registration fee through the official website, jam.iitm.ac.in.

As per the schedule, the IIT JAM 2024 is scheduled to be held on February 11. The exam will be held online in computer based mode at exam centres located in 100 cities across the country.
The IIT JAM 2024 admit card will be issued on January 8 on the official portal. Candidates can use their login details such as registration number and date of birth to download their IIT JAM 2024 hall tickets.

IIT JAM 2024: Application Fee
General category candidates have to pay Rs 1,800 as IIT JAM registration fee while candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD and Female candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs 900
The JAM 2024 exam will be a computer-based test (CBT). Candidates will have to attempt any of the 60 questions, carrying 100 marks, in three 3 hours. The exam will be divided into three sections. Section A will have 30 multiple choice questions. Section B will have 10 multiple selection questions while section C will have 20 numerical answer types.
