IIT JAM Counselling 2023: Last date to book seats tomorrow at joaps.iitg.ac.in
IIT Guwahati will release the second admission list on June 15.
Candidates can download JAM previous year's papers to boost their exam preparation.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati will close the IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2023 seat booking window tomorrow, June 7. Candidates can make the online payment for seat booking for the first admission list till 5 PM. The IIT JAM seat booking can be done through the official website, jam.iitg.ac.in.
Earlier, IIT Guwahati released the IIT JAM 2023 first admission list on June 1. After the release of the first admission list for IIT JAM 2023, candidates who have been selected have three options for their allotted seats.

Candidates can choose to "accept and freeze" their allocated seat, meaning they are satisfied with the seat and do not wish to participate in further rounds of seat allocation. Alternatively, they can "accept with upgrade," which allows them to accept the seat but also participate in subsequent rounds for a chance to secure a better seat. The third option is to "reject and quit," where candidates decline the allotted seat and withdraw from the admission process.
