NEW DELHI: The Indian Maritime University (IMU) has started the registration process for admission to undergraduate, MTech and MBA programmes. While the last date to register against the first round IMU CET counselling is June 26, the first admission list release date is not announced yet.
Candidates have been asked to select as many choices as possible of their preferences, so that they have better chance of getting a seat allotted. One should not give the choice of campus or programme which they do not wish to join as they may get any of the choices as per their merit.
The candidates will be allotted amongst only those seats, which they have opted in their choices. Any course/campus not mentioned in the choice will not be allotted irrespective of the merit of the ranks, IMU CET counselling registration website said.

The Online Counselling Software will choose the Programme-Campus combination in the order of preference selected by the candidate for allotment of a seat. Candidates should note that unless they register for Online Counselling with multiple preferences, they may lose out on their chances of upgradation in the Second List.
