ISB Mohali celebrates graduation day 2023; Meritorious students receive awards, medals

ISB Mohali graduation day ceremony 2023 was attended by Accenture chairperson and senior managing director Rekha M Menon.
NEW DELHI: The Indian School of Business (ISB) celebrated the graduation day 2023 for 488 students of the postgraduate programme (PGP) and post graduate programme in management (PGPpro) today on April 3, 2023. The graduation day celebrations were held at the Mohali campus of ISB for the Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai cohorts.
As many as 255 PGP students and 233 students of PGPpro courses graduated from their programmes today, in light of which the ceremony was held. Accenture chairperson and senior managing director Rekha M Menon was invited as the chief guest on the occasion.

Accomplishments of meritorious students were celebrated on the occasion and all such students who performed well in academics as well as co-curricular activities were handed over awards. Saswata Majumder, a student of PGP, was announced the gold medalist from Mohali cohort. Meanwhile, Yashasvini Mathur was conferred with the ISB-Parameshwar Godrej award from Class of 2023.
ISB chairperson Harish Manwani addressed the students and said- "You are graduating from your respective programmes at a time when the world is recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic. While global challenges persist, there is a rising optimism about India's economic future. This is a good time for you to build your careers and contribute to the country's growth".
Accenture chairperson Menon said- "There is a tsunami of change and disruption coming our way. We have seen so much disruption, especially in the technology world that I represent in the last five years. Technology is disrupting every aspect of our life. It has also sparked unprecedented opportunity space for new jobs, new roles and new industries and the only way you could seize all of this is if you are constantly learning".
