ISC Chemistry paper 2024 postponed due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’

Download NowNEW DELHI : The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has postponed ISC Chemistry paper 2024 scheduled for today, February 26. The Class 12 chemistry exam 2024 has been cancelled due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’. The council simultaneously announced the new exam date for the paper as per which the chemistry theory exam will now be held on March 21 at 2 pm.
“Please note, the ISC Year 2024 Chemistry Paper 1 (Theory) Examination, scheduled for Monday, 26th February 2024, has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. The ISC Year 2024 Chemistry Paper 1 (Theory) Examination has been rescheduled for Thursday, 21 March 2024, 2.00 P.M,” said Sangeeta Bhatia, deputy secretary of CISCE, in an official notice.
ISC board exams 2024 commenced from February 12 with English paper and will continue till April 3. The exams have been going on smoothly so far and this is the first time that an issue came up in the conduct of the CISCE board exams this year.
Reports of paper leaks in various board exams surfaced this month. Recently, an Odisha Class 10 English paper was allegedly leaked on social media, however, the state board refuted paper leak claims. Before Odisha, it was Assam which rejected the reports of paper leak in HSLC board exams 2024.
