JEE Advanced 2024: IIT Madras ranked 1 in NIRF 2023; cut-offs, UG programmes
IIT Madras will conduct admission to BTech and dual degree programmes on the basis of allotment list of the JoSAA, which will conduct six rounds.

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology Madras will conduct admission to bachelor’s degree programmes on the basis of JEE Advanced 2024 score. IIT Madras is also the organising institute for conducting JEE Advanced 2024, which will be held on May 26. Students who have been ranked 2.5 lakh and better in the JEE Main 2024 can apply for the JEE Advanced 2024 on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.
IIT Madras will hold the admission process to its UG and dual degree programmes through the merit list published by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Six rounds for admission into IITs will be held by the JoSAA. As per schedule, JEE Advanced provisional answer key will be released on June 2 and the result will be declared on June 9.
IIT Madras was ranked first in ‘overall’ and ‘engineering’ categories of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023. It was ranked second in research and innovation categories in 2023.
