Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will declare the JEE Advanced 2026 results tomorrow, June 1 at 10 am. Candidates who appeared for the engineering entrance exam will be able to access their scorecards through the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

To check the result, candidates will have to log in using their JEE Advanced registration number or roll number, date of birth, and the mobile number registered during the application process.
The result will determine eligibility for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) across the country.
Candidates who qualify in JEE Advanced 2026 will become eligible to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling process, which is conducted for admissions to IITs and other participating institutions.
As per the schedule, JoSAA is expected to conduct counselling in six rounds, during which candidates will be allotted seats based on their ranks, preferences, category, and seat availability.
JEE Advanced scores are accepted by all IITs, including premier institutions such as IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT (BHU) Varanasi, and IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, among others.

The JEE Advanced 2026 scorecard will include detailed information such as marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics across both papers, aggregate marks, qualifying status, Common Rank List (CRL) rank, and category-wise rank, wherever applicable.
A good rank in JEE Advanced 2026 depends on the IIT and branch a candidate is targeting. Based on previous years' trends, a score of around 110 marks or above can put candidates in a competitive position for admission to several IITs, while scores above 200 marks are generally associated with top branches at leading IITs.

Based on these trends, candidates aiming for a rank below 10,000 are likely to have access to a wider range of IITs and branches, while those targeting premier IITs and highly competitive programmes should aim for a rank below 2,000.
