New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2021 admit card 2021 for the third phase on the official website. To download the admit card of JEE Main 2021 , candidates have to login into the portal using their application number and date of birth.
The admit card comprises important details including candidates’ basic details, exam date and time, test centre details, JEE Main self declaration form 2021 for COVID-19 and exam day guidelines.
JEE Main admit card 2021: Self-declaration form
Candidates have to download and take printouts of all pages of the JEE Main 2021 admit card. They are advised to go through all the COVID-19 guidelines carefully and abide by them on exam day.
Candidates should fill the JEE Main self declaration form 2021, provided along with the admit card, carefully. The JEE Main 2021 declaration form comprises declarations about any symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or runny nose or body pain in the last 14 days.
Candidates must specify in the JEE Main declaration form 2021 if they have come in close contact with a COVID-positive patient in the last 14 days. Also, they have to specify their travel history in the last 14 days before their JEE Main 2021 exam.
The third session of JEE Main 2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted by the NTA on July 20, 22, 25 and 27. Candidates who registered for exam will have to carry all necessary documents to the exam centre including JEE Main 2021 self declaration form.
