NEW DELHI: To get admission into BTech Electronics & Communication Engineering at the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), students should meet the cut-off released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The authorities are expected to release the JoSAA counselling 2021 schedule soon.

The NITs cut-offs for BTech Electronics and Communication Engineering have not been announced yet. However, students can check the previous year’s cut-offs to get an idea about the JEE Main 2021 rank required to get admission into NITs.

The factors taken into consideration for determining the NITs cut-off for BTech Electrical and Electronics Engineering are - total number of candidates who have applied for the course, the difficulty level of JEE Main 2021, the total number of seats available in the institute, previous year NITs cut-off trends for ECE.

NITs cut-off for BTech ECE

Students should note that the NIT cut-off will consist of opening and closing JEE Main rank 2021 for general and other reserved categories. Candidates who secure equal or more than the NIT cut-off released by JoSAA will be able to appear for the JoSAA counselling 2021.

Last year, the highest rank at which the NIT closed the admission for the unreserved category for BTech in ECE was 3,022 at NIT Trichy.
