NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the JEE Main 2021 March session today. The shift 1 timing is from 9 AM to 12 PM. The first day of JEE Main March 2021 exam is being conducted in two shifts in online mode.

JEE Main 2021 exam timing for shift 1 is 9 AM to 12 PM and shift 2 will be held from 3 PM to 6 pm. The NTA is conducting paper 1 of JEE Main 2021 exam in 322 cities across the country. A total of 6,19,638 students have registered for the JEE Main March session 2021.

JEE Main 2021 exam day guidelines

  • Students are required to reach the venue of the exam centre one hour before the reporting time as specified in the JEE Main 2021 admit card for the March session.

  • They need to fill the self-declaration form given in their admit card and sign in the place wherever needed.

  • Candidates who have a valid admit card will be allowed to enter the exam centre. After that, they should undergo temperature measurement and other necessary security checks.

  • Students who are having any symptom of covid-19 will be seated in a separate room.

  • All candidates must bring JEE Main 2021 admit card/ hall ticket, a valid photo ID proof, coloured photograph along the JEE Main admit card 2021.

  • Candidates need to follow all COVID-19 guidelines as prescribed by the authorities.

  • They must also carry masks, sanitiser (50 ml), hand gloves, and a transparent water bottle.
