: Admission to IITs is a dream of every aspiring engineer. However, getting admission into the Indian Institute of Technologies is not an easy task. It requires aspirants to qualify two entrance exams - Joint Entrance Examination Mains and Advanced.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the JEE Main 2022 exam from June 20 to 29 and July 21 to 20. The JEE Advanced exam date 2022 has also been announced. The IIT Bombay will conduct the JEE Advanced 2022 on August 28.
Students who will qualify the JEE Advanced exam 2022 will be eligible for admission to the IITs. Aspirants will be required to select their preferred IIT during the JEE counselling and choice filling process. To select the best IIT, we have listed the top 10 IITs as per NIRF 2021 ranking.

The JEE Main is conducted for two papers. The JEE Main paper 1 is held for admission to BTech course, while the paper 2 is conducted for BArch/BPlan courses. The top 2,50,000 JEE Main qualifiers will be eligible to apply and appear for the JEE Advanced exam.
