NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released JEE Main 2023 session 1 answer key for Paper-1 BE, BTech and Paper-2 BArch, BPlanning. The JEE Main provisional answer key along with the question papers and recorded responses is available online on the official website-- jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE Main 2023 session 1 exam was organised on January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023. The examination was conducted online as computer based test (CBT) across 290 cities across the country and 18 cities outside India. The testing agency has uploaded the provisional answer keys for Paper 1 (BE, BTech), Paper 2A (BArch.) and Paper 2B (BPlanning).
"Candidates, who are not satisfied with the JEE Main official answer key 2023, may challenge the same by paying a fee of Rs 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee," NTA said in a statement. Candidates should note that no challenges will be entertained by the NTA received after the stipulated timeline or without receipt of the processing fee.
Challenges submitted by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. "If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the JEE Main 2023 answer key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly," NTA added. The JEE Main session 1 result will be prepared on the basis of revised final answer key. The JEE answer key finalized by the subject experts after overviewing the challenges will be final.
1. Go to the official website-- jeemain.nta.nic.in.
2. Click on the JEE Main answer key challenge link available on the homepage.
3. Log in with JEE application number, date of birth and security pin.
4. Next click on the challenge regarding answer key link.
5. Select the question ID with incorrect answer and mark the correct answer.
6. Upload supporting documents and click on the save option.
7. Verify the challenge and click on 'Save your claim and pay fee finally'.
8. Pay the processing fee of Rs 200 through debit, credit or net banking.
9. Download the confirmation page for further reference.
