JEE Advanced is conducted by the seven zonal coordinating ITs under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB). IIT Guwahati will be conducting the JEE Advanced 2023.

JEE Main 2023 exam is a computer-based test held in online mode. The NTA conducts the JEE Main exam for admission to the Undergraduate Engineering program at NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded technical institutions. JEE Advanced is an entrance test conducted for admission to IITs. The IIT Guwahati is conducting JEE Advanced 2023. To appear for JEE Advance it is mandatory to appear for JEE Main 2023 and be in the top 2.5 lakh qualifiers. Aspirants have to register for the JEE Advanced online. Appear for the JEE Advanced 2023 exam and qualify for the exam. The qualifying candidates have to appear for the counseling process for admission to IITs.

A total of 10, 26, 799 candidates had registered for JEE Main 2022 including papers 1 and 2, out of which 9, 05, 590 appeared for the test. A total of 24 candidates secured 100 percentile score in JEE Main 2022 paper 1.

All the information or notice regarding the JEE Main are published on this website. This is an authorized website and the information laid here are genuine.

Currently there no information related to JEE Main 2023 so it will be too early to say anything related to JEE Main exam. However, various media reports suggest that the JEE Main 2023 first attempt will be held in mid January.

JEE Main 2023 is a computer-based test (CBT) conducted for B.E/B. Tech, B.Arch and B.Plan.The exam is held for 3 hours. B.E/B. Tech question paper consists of 90 MCQ for 300 marks. Whereas. B.Arch question paper comprises 82 questions for 400 marks and B.Plan consist of 105 MCQ for 400 marks. The MCQ question carries 4 marks for the correct answer and -1 marks for the wrong answer. The numerical value question carries 4 marks for correct attempt and -1 mark for wrong answer.

JEE Main is conducted for two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for B.E./B. Tech and Paper 2 B.Arch & B.Plan. for  National Test Agency (NTA) conducted the JEE Main 2022 in June and July 2022. The first session was held from June 20 to 29, whereas the second session exam was held from July 21 to 30, 2022.

JEE Main is held for two Paper 1 and Paper 2. The total time duration for Paper 1 (B.E/B/Tech) is 3 hours for Non-PwD candidates and 4 hours for PwD candidates.

The authority will release the information regarding the JEE Main 2023 registration on the official website. As per media reports, the JEE Main application form will be released in November. But, it is advised to wait for the official announcement regarding the JEE Main registration.

• Candidates should have passed 12th class or qualifying exam in 2021 or 2022

• Appearing in 12th class or equivalent exam in 2023 can also apply

• Candidates can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years. 

• Candidates appearing for B.E/B,Tech should have pass the qualifying exam in Physics, chemistry, and maths, and any one of the (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subjects)

• Appearing for the B.Arch exam, candidates have to pass the qualifying exam in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry

• For B.Plan, aspirants should have passed the qualifying exam in Mathematics. 

NTA conducts the JEE Main exam for 2 papers - paper 1 (B.E/B.Tech) and paper 2 (B.Arch and B.Planning). Candidates will be able to download the JEE Main 2023 syllabus pdf from the official website soon.   JEE Main for paper 1 will be based on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subject. Whereas, JEE Main paper 2 comprises of Mathematics, Aptitude Test, and Drawing / Planning. The JEE Main syllabus consists of topics from class 11 and 12th.

Currently there is no official announcement regarding the JEE Main registration form fee. After the release of JEE Main 2023 registration form candidates shall be able to know the registration fee for JEE Main 2023.
