NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main April 9 shift 2 exam from 3 pm to 6 pm. According to student feedback, the JEE Main 2024 April 9 shift 2 paper was relatively "moderate" compared to the JEE Main 2024 January shift papers.

The April 9 evening shift paper of the JEE Main was considered to be of a "similar" difficulty level compared to the April 9 morning shift paper of the same exam in 2024.

In the April 9 shift 2 exam of the JEE Main, it was observed that the mathematics questions were relatively more calculative and lengthier compared to the questions in physics and chemistry.

Chemistry overall was easier, but some questions were specifically based on NCERT and theoretical concepts. Additionally, there was a notable emphasis on organic and inorganic chemistry, with these topics carrying more weight than physical chemistry.
