NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will commence the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2024) session 2 from April 4. The computer-based test (CBT) will be held at various exam centres across the country and 22 exam centres abroad. It is mandatory for candidates to carry the JEE Main admit card 2024 and a valid photo ID to the test centre.

JEE Main exam session 2 will be held in two shifts - the morning session will commence at 9 am and conclude at 12 noon and the evening test will start at 3 pm and end on 6 pm. The exam will be held for a duration of 3 hours, however, an extra 30 minutes will be given for JEE Main paper 2 BArch, BPlanning exam slated to be held in the first shift on April 12.
The NTA instructed candidates to download the JEE Main hall ticket 2024 from the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in, only. They are also required to ensure that the barcode is available on the admit card while downloading.
Moreover, those who have not registered for the second session using DigiLocker ID or ABC ID will have to reach the exam centre an hour before the exam commences for verification purposes.
