NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main) result 2025. JEE Main session 2 result 2025 link is out on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will have to use their application number and password to check JEE Main April attempt result 2025.

Earlier today, NTA issued the fresh JEE Main final answer key 2025 and dropped 2 questions. From the previously released and then withdrawn final answer key, the testing agency dropped two physics questions.

NTA was under fire for allegedly making errors in the JEE Main 2025 session 2 answer key and even JEE Main response sheet 2025. Aspirants complained about nine errors in the provisional answer key and wrong display of answers and blank response sheets. The testing agency clarified that the JEE Main session 2 answer key was just provisional and JEE Main session 2 result 2025 were based on the final key only.

For JEE Main April session result 2025, NTA used the normalisation method and the revised JEE Main 2025 tie-breaking criteria.

JEE Main 2025 session 2 was conducted from April 2 to 9 and JEE Main 2025 session 1 was held from January 22 to 30.

Qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling 2025 for admissions to the undergraduate engineering programmes in the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and Government-Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs). Top 2.5 lakh candidates will be allowed to take JEE Advanced 2025 for IIT admissions.
