NTA shifts JEE Main 2025 upcoming exams at Prayagraj centres to Varanasi; here's why

Attempt NowNEW DELHI : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2025) admit card for exams scheduled on January 28, 29 and 30, 2025. As per the latest notice, many students reported difficulties in reaching the JEE Mains 2025 exam centres in Prayagraj due to the huge congregation of devotees in the Mahakumbh Mela. NTA has therefore moved the exam centres to the nearby city Varanasi for January 28, 29 and 30, 2025 JEE Mains exams.

Candidates can now download their JEE Mains 2025 admit card for January 28, 29 and 30 exams through the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will have to enter their application number and password to download the JEE Mains 2025 admit card.
NTA released the JEE Main admit card 2025 for the session 1 January 22, 23 24 exams on January 18, 2025. The JEE Mains 2025 admit card will entail the candidate's name, date of birth, exam centre, exam timings, exam date, and other important information for candidates. Candidates must carry their admit cards to the JEE Main 2025 exam hall.
Candidates are also advised to carefully read the subject-specific instructions and other important details mentioned in the JEE Main question paper and follow the instructions.
If any candidate is facing difficulty in downloading the JEE Main 2025 admit card for session 1 along with the undertaking, they may contact 011-40759000 or e-mail at jeemain@nta.nic.in. The Candidates are advised to visit the official websites of NTA (nta.ac.in) and (jeemain.nta.nic.in) for the latest updates.
NTA is conducting the JEE Main 2025 session 1 at different centres located in various cities throughout the country and 15 cities outside India. Candidates must also ensure that the QR code and the barcode are available on the admit card while downloading. All candidates should bring the photo ID as uploaded in the online application form and also mentioned in the admit card for identity proof.
